Overview[]
Cosmetics are visual overrides for your character's clothing and other equipment that can be bought with the game's premium currency - credits. This will hide what your character is actually wearing in favor of the cosmetic. Every item that can be equipped has a purchasable cosmetic override variant of itself. if it's a piece of clothing it can be bought in any color available in the game. No dye item required. There is also exclusive Cosmetics Trader only items that cannot be found within the game and can only be obtained from the shop, these ones will cost 200 credits, whilst the cosmetic variations of normal items are 100 credits.
You can purchase these at any outpost, from the "Mysterious Man" - Cosmetics Trader NPC, or by opening your inventory and clicking on Cosmetics at the top of the screen. Each day the Mysterious Man will be wearing a different random set of cosmetics.

After a new update, 10 different special cosmetics are available daily, with a 24 hour countdown until it's refreshed with 10 other special cosmetics. The first special cosmetic will always be a full cosmetic outfit, the second is for special backpack cosmetics, third is always a special weapon cosmetic, and the other 7 slots will be a random head cosmetic. 68 Cosmetics were also added with this update.
Below is a list of Cosmetic Trader exclusives, some were given out as a reward for reaching different milestones within Dead Frontier 1. However, this has been patched and they are no longer exclusive, you can now purchase them with credits from the Cosmetics Trader for 200 Credits each.

A More Complete List[]
Note: As an observer I have found this list to be incomplete. I've been making note of each of the head cosmetics in my spare time, and I will update it here again in the future when it is more complete. I realize pictures for each would be really helpful, but I'm too lazy.
There is also a armor set known as hazard armor:
Hazard armor (red, orange, yellow, green, turquoise, blue, purple, pink, white, black) which can be purchased for 800 credits for each set.
Here is the list in alphabetical order, with notes on known variants and colors.
