Health is a common need for the well being of any survivor in a world, full of hungry zombies and aggressive humans. Keeping in mind the fact that it is not just zombie mauls to be feared, there are quite a few kinds of medication means in the city.

In a world where ravenous zombies and hostile humans are commonplace, it is important to keep yourself healthy and fit for battle. Therefore, any medications and healing gear, unspoiled by the outbreak, are highly valued, and should be used wisely.

Notes[]

  • Health Restoration stat allows to restore additional Health by using Medication items to the value listed in the table below. For example, having 50% Health Restoration would restore 15 Health (instead of 10) by using Band-Aids. This stat can be increased by equipping any Category:Weapons, Head and Hands items that have this stat, and also by investing into "Medic" skill (with each level giving an additional +20% Health Restoration).
  • Healing gear can passively heal you over time as long as you are outside of all Outposts.
  • Some medication have the ability to cure stats debuff ( e.g. antibiotics curing Bacterial Infection). Therefore, it is wise to at least bring one of the status-changing medication with you whenever you go for a looting or bosshunting run.
  • If your health is 25 or less, your movement, attack and aim speed would be lowered by 10%. If your health is 15 or less, your vision will go black-and-white.
  • After dying, your health would return to 25, and you will be healed of all enemy-inflicted debuffs.

Band-aids are small, cheap and common. They are easy enough to use, that even a grade schooler could figure out their function. They can be used to cover up the numerous small cuts and scratches that accumulate from a day in the field, but are not suitable for larger, more serious wounds.


Antiseptic Spray

Usually used to clean wounds and prevent infections, these antiseptic sprays have found their use in healing lesser wounds of zombie intent. They are quite common and you don't have to be a technician to find out how to use them.
